1. Data collected on this public site
The aegis-vetis.io site sets no cookies, embeds no third-party tracker (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, etc.) and makes no outbound call at runtime. The only information transmitted to the server is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form.
No browsing data is shared with any third party. Server logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) are kept at most 30 days for operational security purposes, then deleted.
2. Contact form
When you submit the form on /contact, we collect: name, organization, work email, phone (optional), Kubernetes cluster count and free-form message. This data is used solely to answer your inquiry.
Emails are kept in our hello@aegis-vetis.io inbox for the time required to process your request, then archived for a maximum period of 3 years (to handle possible commercial follow-ups). You may request deletion at any time.
3. Data processed by the Aegis Vetis platform on customer premises
When Aegis Vetis is installed at a customer site, all operational data (policies, scans, violations, audit reports) stays inside the customer's infrastructure. No telemetry is sent to ADRIEN VINET CONSULTING SASU without explicit contractual agreement.
Agents installed in clusters communicate solely with the customer-hosted control plane. No customer data transits through our servers.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
You can exercise these rights by writing to dpo@aegis-vetis.io. We respond within 30 days at most (article 12.3 GDPR).
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL — https://www.cnil.fr).

Four dedicated addresses are monitored depending on the type of request:

• dpo@aegis-vetis.io — GDPR requests (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent).
• security@aegis-vetis.io — vulnerability reports (see /security for the full procedure).
• contracts@aegis-vetis.io — orders, quotes, signed purchase orders, contract terminations.
