Terms of use

This document presents the terms applicable to Aegis Vetis services in a form consistent with the public price grid (see /pricing). It is currently undergoing final review by our legal counsel before official publication.

For any order requiring signed, negotiated or counter-signed terms with a procurement department, please contact contracts@aegis-vetis.io. The final terms (validated by counsel) will be available in June 2026 and will replace this document, without retroactive modification of commitments already signed.

These terms govern (a) the use of the public site aegis-vetis.io and (b) the provision of Aegis Vetis services: subscription to the Aegis Vetis Platform offer, its optional modules and the Custom quote offer.

Using the site, submitting the contact form or signing a quote constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Aegis Vetis Platform is the core offer, billed per Kubernetes cluster per year with a volume-based degressive price grid published on /pricing. The subscription is annual prepaid, with a 12-month minimum commitment (price reductions on 24- and 36-month commitments).

Optional modules (Compliance Premium, Managed SIEM Connectors, Advanced Security, Enhanced Sovereignty, Business Continuity, Extended Support, Premium Support): billed per cluster per year on top of the Platform, per the grid published on /pricing. Some modules require a minimum cluster count (see module spec).

Aegis Vetis Custom: 36-month minimum commitment, terms negotiated case by case (multi-control-plane federation > 25 clusters, white-label, classified deployment, co-development). Mandatory paid Discovery upfront: €5,000 ex-VAT, 50% credited to the final order.

One-shot services (Express onboarding, hardening audit, training, policy migration, custom framework mapping, custom SIEM connector, technical advisory): billed per engagement per the grid published on /pricing.

All offers include security updates and software evolutions while the Platform subscription is active.

Each tier has its own minimum prepaid term (12, 24 or 36 months depending on the plan). At term, the subscription tacitly renews for an equivalent period unless cancelled in writing 90 days before the renewal date by registered letter or electronically signed email to contracts@aegis-vetis.io.

On non-renewal, the customer retains access to critical security updates for 6 additional months, without support. Beyond that, the software must be uninstalled or the subscription resumed. No refund of an in-progress subscription.

In all cases, the customer keeps access to the generated artefacts (audit reports, configuration exports) and to its custom policy base if any.

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. The first year is invoiced on signature, including the licence, the setup fee if applicable (Sovereign or Custom) and any one-time add-ons. Following years renew on the anniversary date.

Bi-annual (semestral) billing may be granted on request with a 5 % uplift on the annual price. Monthly billing is not offered: Aegis Vetis is not a SaaS product.

Invoices are payable by bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) according to the payment terms set on the quote. Counter-signed purchase orders are required to validate any contractual commitment. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Prices are indexed annually on the renewal date against the Syntec index, capped at 3 % per year. An indexation notice is sent 90 days before the effective date.

ADRIEN VINET CONSULTING SASU commits to delivering its services with the professional diligence expected from a security vendor. The software is provided as-is. ADRIEN VINET CONSULTING SASU cannot be held liable for the consequences of misconfiguration by the customer or use that contradicts the official documentation.

Aegis Vetis provides technical controls inspired by frameworks (NIS2, SecNumCloud, ISO 27001, CIS Kubernetes, NSA/CISA, DORA, EU AI Act depending on the subscribed tier). These controls do not constitute an official compliance attestation and do not exempt the customer from its own legal obligations.

Total liability of ADRIEN VINET CONSULTING SASU is capped at the equivalent of 12 months of the affected customer's current subscription, except in cases of gross or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of the registered seat of ADRIEN VINET CONSULTING SASU.
